  About the Author

  Natli fell in love with science fiction when she ‘borrowed’ her father’s copy of Sixth Column by Robert Heinlein. She was 12. She wrote stories just for herself in which she was always the hero. She grew up with, and learned to ride, horses and train dogs. She thought she might be a veterinarian or a chemical engineer or an astronaut.

  She joined the Navy instead, and became a meteorologist and anti-submarine warfare specialist. She was the first woman assigned to the meteorology office at the Naval Air Station, Naha, Okinawa, Japan.

  Natli designs websites, raises and shows champion Shetland Sheepdogs and writes fantasy and science fiction. She has three girls, four grandsons and one granddaughter. Natli is a native Coloradan and lives in Aurora, Colorado.

  She would love to have a Dragon for a friend. She loves target practice, riding, and jumping out of perfectly good airplanes. Next is learning how to sword fight. Stay tuned.
